When your client is ready to sell again, we’ll smoothly transition them back to you, ensuring your relationship remains strong and intact.

To show our appreciation for your partnership, we offer 30% of the tenant placement fee (up to $750), paid when the new tenant takes possession of the property. It’s our way of saying thank you for trusting us with your client.
