"In simple words, OMYRA (Chris, Sunshine and Adam) are the best at what they do. I started with them almost 13 years ago when we had a house that we wanted to rent. From day one they kept informing us of everything, they found us renters, so our house was never empty or not rented. The moment a lease is ending for a tenant they have one new one with a new tenant, they are so good that the tenants renew their lease a few times. "Chris and his team have been managing our home for over four years now. He took over from a very unscrupulous management company who employed, according to our maintenance records, a sole proprietor appliance repairman who also happened to be a repeat violent registered sex offender. When we learned this from our tenant, after he had harassed her and the police were involved, we were disgusted and horrified so many people had this man in their homes and that the management company had tried to hide it from us. We severed our contract with our last managers immediately, and spoke with Chris. Rent was overdue on the home, the tenant was not always responsive, and the whole situation was fraught with problems which seemed, to us, potentially insurmountable without a big financial loss. Chris knew he was taking on a real mess. We were grateful he took on our home, but wary due to past experience and weren’t sure why he’d accept such a challenge."

There was absolutely no need to worry! From the beginning Chris reassured our tenant, communicated promptly and honestly with all parties and has always been completely professional. He and his people have always done an excellent job on everyone’s behalfs, including everything from repairs to paperwork. The best part is, when it was time for a new tenant, he immediately listed the home and almost overnight rented the home at a fair value to an ideal family that is timely with payments and very responsible.
