Questions we hear
"The other company charges 7%. Why should I pay more?"
Ask what guarantees they include. Ask who manages their maintenance and whether that person has ever held a wrench. Ask who you will be talking to if you call their office line. Ask about their inspection process. The number on the invoice matters less than what you get for it.
"Can I switch plans later?"
Yes. You can upgrade or change before a tenant moves in or at any lease renewal.
"What about the 90 Day Confidence Guarantee?"
If you're not satisfied in the first 90 days, you walk away free. No termination fee. No questions. We can do this because we know what the first 90 days look like when we run our proven process, and it works.
"Do I need Total Freedom?"
If the idea of an eviction, lost rent, or major tenant damage keeps you up at night, Total Freedom gives you the financial protection to sleep well. If you're comfortable with the core guarantees (good tenant, pet damage, satisfaction), Landlord Freedom is excellent coverage for most owners.
