No termination fee, no questions asked.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If we mess something up, we will make it right. Simply let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue and take steps to prevent it from happening again. As a gesture of good will, we will waive a full month’s management fee, no pushback, no arguing, just done.
Good Tenant Guarantee
We’re confident in the quality of our tenant screening process. If a tenant we place moves out before completing the first 12 months of their lease — for any reason other than legally protected situations (such as military deployment or domestic violence) — we’ll place a new tenant for your property at no additional charge.
Pet Damage Guarantee
We understand that many great tenants have pets — and we take every precaution to protect your property when we approve them. If a pet we’ve approved causes damage beyond normal wear and tear that cannot be covered by the security deposit, we’ll cover repair costs up to $5,000.
Lost Rent Guarantee
If a tenant we’ve placed must be evicted or abandons the property, we’ll cover the lost rent up to $5,000. This ensures your cash flow remains steady while we handle the details of re-renting your home.
Property Damage Guarantee
In the event that a tenant vacates your property and leaves behind damage exceeding normal wear and tear, we’ll cover the cost of repairs up to $5,000 — after the security deposit has been applied. Note: The combined total of the Lost Rent and Property Damage Guarantees is limited to $5,000 per lease.
45-Day Lease Guarantee
We know how important it is to minimize vacancy time. If we don’t secure a qualified tenant within 45 days, we’ll waive our leasing (tenant placement) fee entirely.
